For many users, Spreadsheets is the most intimidating of the Google Suite, and for good reason. The formulas and the functions and the cell formatting…oh my!
My goal with this tutorial, will be to demystify the not-so-scary world of Google Spreadsheets! Here it goes!
So, why should you use Google Spreadsheets? How can it help in your classroom?
- Create lists with Google Spreadsheets
- Collect Google Form Responses with Google Spreadsheets
- Enter information from your students scores on tests…broken down by learning objective
- Create charts and graphs
- And so much more!
Click here for an example of how I would chart and display responses from a Google Form.
Google Spreadsheets and Forms can be used together to create self-grading quizzes…so if you’d rather use this format than a Learning Management System like Edmodo, then you can!
